Lyn Ceronsky, DNP, GNP, FPCN  

Lyn Ceronsky is a palliative care consultant and faculty at M Health Fairview where she co-leads the APP Palliative Care Externship Program. She directed the Fairview Palliative Care Program for 18 years and the Palliative Care Leadership Center. A gerontological nurse practitioner, Ms. Ceronsky has a special interest in rural palliative care program development. She has served as a board member of the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center and of MNHPC. She has published original peer-reviewed papers, contributed to articles on palliative care, and co-authored a chapter on palliative care program development in the fourth edition of Conversations in Palliative Care. She co-chaired the CAPC Annual Seminar for five years and speaks nationally and regionally about palliative care program development and roles of advanced practice nurses in palliative care. Ms. Ceronsky received her doctor of nursing practice degree from the University of Minnesota.
