Self-compassion is one of the most powerful ways healthcare providers (and administrators!) can combat compassion fatigue, increase empathy, and continue to deliver care that’s aligned with their inner core.  This interactive session will include information on evidence-based practices around self-compassion and mindfulness that can help attendees feel a greater sense of wholeness, inner alignment, and wellbeing. Interactive experiences and discussion will help people uncover ways to make self-care a way of life. 

By the end of the session, learners will be able to: 

  1. Identify strategies to engage in self-compassion

  2. Utilize evidence-based practices around self-compassion and mindfulness
