5J: Rural Palliative Care: Meeting People Where They Are

Hear lessons learned through a multi-state project using community capacity theory to develop community-based palliative care services. State and community level experiences will be shared on developing and supporting palliative care to better address the needs of those with serious illness.

  • Identify key components for supporting rural palliative care program development
