Sharon Chung, LICSW, APHSW-C

Sharon K. Chung, LICSW, APHSW-C, has been a practicing social worker in healthcare for over 15 years, the past eight with folks living with serious illness. Currently, Sharon practices on an interdisciplinary palliative care team as a clinical social worker in an adult, inpatient setting. Sharon obtained their post-master’s certification in Palliative and End of Life Care from the NYU Silver’s Zelda Foster Studies Program. Having presented at both national and state levels, Sharon values the opportunity to foster and build a collaborative learning environment. Sharon strongly values health literacy as a tool to create health equity and positively impact social determinants of health.
