Susan has been a palliative care educator and researcher for 20 years. Her areas of interest include the psychosocial domains of cancer cachexia, dignity conserving care of the dying, and ethical issues in palliative care. She holds specialty certification in hospice and palliative care nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association.
