Emily is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She has worked at Mayo Clinic caring for geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities and in hospice care for pediatric and adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. She holds dual appointments as Instructor in Medicine and Nursing, College of Medicine at Mayo Clinic. She has presented regionally and nationally on palliative care topics.
