Kristopher Hartwig


Kristopher Hartwig has a background in Family Medicine, beginning Hospice work in the mid-90’s as a Medical Director in rural New York. He went on to work in Tanzania doing Palliative Care development for 7 years in a faith-based network of 20+ hospitals. Since 2012 he has worked at the Minneapolis VA as Medical Director for the Hospice and Palliative Care team. He is Board Certified in Hospice/Palliative Medicine, and has a Masters of Philosophy in Palliative Care from the University of Cape Town.
