Paul was a palliative chaplain for ten years at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. He has been a healthcare chaplain for nearly fifteen years. He is completing his MPH at the University of Minnesota, is a Transforming Chaplaincy research fellow, and is faculty for the Interprofessional Spiritual Care Education Curriculum (ISPEC).
