Sarah Kroenke


Sarah has an extensive career as a school grief counselor and a hospice social worker. Her passion and area of expertise is in counseling, supporting and guiding grieving children, teens and their families following the death of a loved one. She is a trained field traumatologist through the American Green Cross, program coordinator of the Park Nicollet Growing Through Grief program, as well as, a grief counselor in the program. Sarah is the author of two published books Hope Heals: A Journal of Love, Loss and Memories and Words to Live By, and has participated in writing several school grief support curriculums and educational materials. She also has a private grief counseling practice.
