Stacy Remke, LICSW, ACHP-SW is a clinical social worker with over 27 years experience in pediatric hospice and palliative care. She is currently a clinical teaching specialist at the University of MN School of Social Work. She also serves on the Board of the Social Work in Hospice and Palliative Care Network (SWHPN.Org) and is a member of the International Work Group on Death, Dying and Bereavement.
