Gregory Gilbert, MDiv, MA, BFA

Gregory Gilbert (B.F.A., M.Div., M.A.) studied Fine Art at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, Applied Ministry at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul (MN), Bible at Jewish Theological Seminary in Manhattan, completed his Clinical Pastoral Education residencies at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn (NY), and is ordained through Church! Of Park Slope in Brooklyn. Gregory spent 8 years as a chaplain for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of New York City before accepting a job as a hospice chaplain with Allina Hospice in 2015. When Gregory is not doing chaplaincy work he enjoys spending time with his family and is an active artist - Gregory has been an artist in residence at Jewish Theological Seminary since 2010. Gregory enjoys working in both urban and rural settings, particularly in end of life settings.
